PETUNIA’S ADVENTURE HOME- This sweet girl has been alone on 20 acres. We had 2 Transport attempts fail( the owner didnt listen to instructions) We had 2 homes offer but they didn’t work out. The stars were aligned, and sweet Petunia won the rescue lottery. She was transported a week ago from Fl to MS with 2 amazing transporters. She had an awesome adventure with her foster mom Nita and today moving to Texas to live her life with an amazing rescue where she will thrive with all her new friends. Hamiltons story- The owner’s wife has medical issues and was unable to take care of him and the family dog as the hubby is on the road. The owner was at his witts end and was threatening to release hamilton. He had started peeing around the home and they were done. Thankfully an awesome lady stepped up and drove over 7 hours to rescue this handsome boy. More to come on his journey.

Lil Peppa’s Story- The lady found her on the side of the road where several young girls were giving piglets away. She was the last one left so they grabbed her. She was bony, ribs showing, lethargic. They nursed her back to health over the next 4 weeks. The girls claimed she was 8-12 wks old. This lil one is more like 5-6 wks now and will be at her new family this afternoon. Sweet 10 year old Fabio has been through so much, losing his Momma, not being taken care of after she passed. Needing out of the home and to a safe place. Fabio has found the most wonderful people with hearts of gold. He is king of the castle.

PRINCE- This big boy was found on a livestock page with offers to eat him. We reached out to the owner and reduced his fee. We asked her to hold him while we set up transport at the end of June. She agreed and was happy rescue was taking him. Funds were raised via Maggie’s and he made it to his forever family last night.. WELCOME HOME PRINCE.

Forky- This handsome guy’s owner sent us an alert he needed to go asap as they were moving and he couldn’t go. An alert post was set up and help was found. He went to a foster hold for a week till rescue could transport him. He is now waiting on his turn to get snipped and live the life he deserves with friends and fun in the sun.

Ms Maple had another group seeking a home with no pigs a few months ago. The owner wanted her to have other pigs. I had come across Maple and began to search for her new family with pigs. Maple traveled to her new home last evening arriving late last night. She gave the rescue and driver issues since she didn’t want to get out of the trailer. Sweet girl enjoy your new friends. We received a sad update as the husband had people coming Sat to take them (hunters) since nothing was found. ALERT went out and placement was located. Today they moved to their forever family. He is now in foster care this week and will be moving to his forever family on the 15th

The Owner saved these boys from being starved and now the owner was being evicted. The landlord wanted the pigs gone asap. Her mom couldn’t help as she recently had a stroke. These 2 sweet boys will be moving to their forever family on the 18th. Can’t wait to follow their journey

PORKY’s Story- This lil one has been looking since last fall for a home. His dads health was deteriorating and help was needed. We found a wonderful home in Ok where the new dad was the town sheriff. Oh my Porky was excited. We waited for winter to pass and to move in the spring. Transport was difficult and not getting filled. Once we found help transport came down sick. We set it again in a month and again transport family had emergency. Porky patiently waited. TODAY 4/27 the chariot arrived and swept porky up and away. Once he gets to OK his daddy will give him a POLICE ESCORT into town. CANT WAIT TO HOPEFULLY GET IT ON VIDEO. So happy for this lil one and his journey moving forward. Stephen

Sprinkles- This handsome boy was alone for almost a year. The family had thought the owner could return home from the facility but when they realized that wouldn’t happen they began searching for a home. The son stayed first few mths then married. Neighbors have shot several of them because they’re tearing up their yard. This one has 3 babies and has been attacked by dogs. Ears missing. And she’s burrowed in brushes in the woods.

She is now safe at Franco Funny Farm getting the care she needs.

Squeakers story- This 3 yr. old beauty’s previous owner had threatened to release her in Jan or get funds. She then disappeared from contact. On Friday her owner contacted us again, telling us that if she isn’t rehomed ASAP, she is sending her to be sold for meat. We raised funds and found transport but every place we tried couldn’t help. We had till today to get her placed and moved. At the last minute, I reached out to one more rescue. And now thanks to Amy Mullins her journey is just beginning. After finding help from another group this girl was being sent right back into the city limits. We had received word and tried once again to find Penny a home.
