Never place a collar on pigs neck it can harm even kill your pig. As shown in the pics below the esophagus is different on a pig than a dog. Harnesses can be found on the links below

Mini pigs have a thick neck and a narrow head. Pigs will panic when they are spooked or upset. Collars are not meant to be used for pigs as they can easily slip off leaving a loose & panicked pig. If the collar is not loose enough to slip off, then it is to snug and will cause issues with esophagus.

Pigs love to explore the outdoors and destroy yards to get to the bugs and nutrients they need.

Having a harness is essential to safety of pig for going on adventures to camping to just taking a a walk. If you do not have a yard fenced, you can set up small, fenced area purchased from amazon or make a small set up with hog panels and 2x4s.
