Using charcoal as a treatment should be approved by vet only and normally used if item ingested could be fatal. Most of the item’s pigs ingest is able to be treated without the usage of charcoal.
Charcoal being used without knowledge from vet can make issue worse in some cases.
Also, we need to consider if the pig stable enough to give charcoal treatment

Penicillin located online or farm stores is used for a variety of illness in your pigs. Talk to vet to be sure this is the route to go on getting your pig healthy again. Amoxicillin fish is found online and walmart if unable to find penicillin

If your piggy has problems with joints or inflammation due to age or from breeding adding glucosamine daily with turmeric will help joint and inflammation making it easier for piggy to get around
